Led by Joseph Marcinkus, Chief of Security, our team brings 19 years of combined security, fire, and EMS experience to every assignment. With 19 years of experience in security, fire, and EMS, Joseph leads CIS Patrol Services with a hands-on approach and an unwavering commitment to safety. His deep field knowledge shapes every aspect of how our team operates.
Deputy Chief of SecurityAshley cooper
Deputy Chief Cooper brings 8 years of experience as a Paramedic and is also an Air Force veteran. She is responsible for scheduling and assisting and overseeing day to day operations of CIS Patrol.
Dawn Marcinkus
Dawn brings years of office management and human resources experience to CIS Patrol Services. As General Manager, she oversees all behind-the-scenes administrative functions — including billing, HR, and procurement — keeping daily operations running smoothly so the team can stay focused on what matters most: safety.
