CIS Patrol Services LLC operates in accordance with South Carolina Code of Laws § 40-18-110, which governs the licensing and conduct of private security officers in the state of South Carolina. Under this statute, licensed security officers are granted the same arrest powers as a deputy sheriff on the property they are hired to protect.
